  • Bookkeeping

    For a successful business, bookkeeping is essential. A good bookkeeping system not only provides information to the business when needed but is required by law. Due to various factors most businesses fail to maintain a proper bookkeeping system which leads to misleading information and lack of management information for decision making purposes.

    At Moneta we can help by removing the stress. All you need to do is send in all your receipts to us - either on a monthly or quarterly basis (depending on the quantity of the invoices). We take care of the filing, input the information to suitable accounting software and provide you with the required information. This will also help in completing the year end formalities on time. Providing financial information on regular basis will help identify any missing information and establish the required control over spending.

  • Payroll

    Employing staff is a valuable investment and an important decision when running a company. The growth of the business largely depends on its workforce and while everything is exciting as your business grows, the rules and regulations involved in employing staff are extremely important.

    Moneta can simplify the whole process for you by registering your business for appropriate scheme and managing your payroll. We can help with Contracts of Employment, suggest payment periods suitable for your business, generate payslips for your employees and advise you on ‘net pay’ and tax liabilities.

  • Year End

    Every business, irrespective of their size and structure, has to complete year-end formalities in various forms. These generally include producing financial statements, computing tax liabilities and filing tax returns with HMRC. There are strict deadlines for completion and if not met, the respective authorities will impose penalties which can be severe.

    At Moneta we get things done on time every time. We don’t leave things to the last minute. Once the financial year is complete (usually 12 months of trading), we will contact you to provide us with all information we require to complete the year-end formalities. Completing these on time will mean that you can budget and avoid unnecessary penalties.

    Our duty as your Accountant does not finish with finalising the year-end accounts. We will review the results with you and suggest the areas in which improvements can be made. We can help in budgeting your expenditure and suggest ways of increasing your revenue. This kind of financial management is extremely important and has helped many of our clients in both reducing their outgoings and increasing revenue for the upcoming year.

  • Financial Services

    Life is full of surprises and however careful you are with planning, there are times things can go wrong. Though we help our clients budget their tax, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances, clients do get into financial difficulty. Hence we have decided to offer this service to our clients.

    At MONETA we offer financial help to those businesses or individuals who have difficulty paying their taxes. We offer them short term loans or help by paying taxes on their behalf. It could be their PAYE and NI, personal tax or corporation tax - Moneta gives you some ‘breathing space’ amidst any potential financial stress.

    This services has helped many of our clients pay their tax on time and avoid unnecessary penalties.
